Frank Faraone (He/Him)
Consultant – Financial Strategy & Board Budgeting

Frank Faraone brings years of accounting, financial management, and non-profit experience to his work with Non-Profit Advantage Consulting. He specializes in helping non-profits build clear, structured, and practical budgeting systems that boards can understand, use, and trust.

With a strong background in program and financial management, Frank understands the real-world challenges non-profits face — limited resources, competing priorities, and the need to balance mission with financial sustainability. He works closely with organizations to simplify complex financial information, support strong financial oversight, and create budgeting tools that enable confident, informed board decision-making.

Frank is particularly skilled at translating financial concepts into plain language, making it easier for board members and leadership teams to engage meaningfully in budgeting and financial planning. His approach focuses on building systems that are not only accurate and compliant, but also easy to maintain and adaptable as organizations grow and change.

At the heart of Frank’s work is a belief that strong financial systems empower non-profits to focus on what matters most: delivering impact, supporting their communities, and building long-term sustainability.
