Frank Faraone brings years of accounting, financial management, and non-profit experience to his work with Non-Profit Advantage Consulting. He specializes in helping non-profits build clear, structured, and practical budgeting systems that boards can understand, use, and trust.
With a strong background in program and financial management, Frank understands the real-world challenges non-profits face — limited resources, competing priorities, and the need to balance mission with financial sustainability. He works closely with organizations to simplify complex financial information, support strong financial oversight, and create budgeting tools that enable confident, informed board decision-making.
